Renewal invoices are sent 3 days before the due date to your registered email and payment account or credit card on file. If you're using a debit/credit card, we will attempt to take payment 48 hours before the due date. If the payment does not go through, we will try again 24 hours before the due date. If the payment still fails, we will send both a text and email notification to inform you of the failed payment to avoid any interruption of service. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is up-to-date and can receive emails from us, along with ensuring your payment account and contact number are current.
Subscription Expiration & Termination
If you do not renew your subscription within 14 days of expiration, your account will be terminated on the 15th day.
Cancellation & Unsubscription
If you do not wish to renew your subscription and want to stop receiving payment reminder emails or texts, please send a cancellation request to randtvideoservices@gmail.com. Alternatively, you can visit our website at randtvideoservices.com, navigate to the "About" page, scroll to the bottom to cancel, or text us at @405-248-7813 with your username.
After Order:

If you are a new customer, your R&T Video IPTV account information will be sent within 24 hours from sign-up. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address and digital/electronic payment account you registered with is kept up to date and can receive emails from us and payment requests.

If you are an existing customer and have renewed your subscription, your TV app will display a new expiration date on the home screen.
Extending Your Service:
Membership fees are billed 3 days before the end of your cycle. At the beginning of each period, you will see your expiration date on the app screen. It may take a few days after the billing date for the new expiration date to appear on your account. You will receive a 72-hour notification of the upcoming payment through your chosen payment method (e.g., Cash App).
Device Limitations:

2/4 devices can stream at a time. If you stream more than 4 at a time, your account will lock and require IT unlocking. After a third lockout, a $10 reconnect fee will apply. It may take up to 12 hours to restore access after the reconnect payment is received.
Refunds & Cancellations:
R&T Video TV packages come with a 14-day money-back guarantee! If you're dissatisfied for any reason, just let us know why. If we can't help or resolve the issue, we'll issue a full refund instantly through your form of payment, prorated for the service you used up to that point.
Referral Program:
Refer someone who subscribes and pays, and you’ll receive a free month of service. Have them enter your name in the referral box when they sign up.
